If you see something you like but want it changed a little, we can probably do that. If you see something you want bigger or smaller we can probably do that too. Ask away! We'll work up a price specifically for the job you're asking about and give you a quote.

We ship Monday through Friday. Holidays and weekends are not considered business days. We use USPS First Class unless otherwise noted.

*SINGLE GREETING CARDS, TATTOOS, STICKERS*
Are sent in an envelope via regular mail the way you would send a letter, however there is an option at checkout to upgrade and get tracking. Cards mailed without tracking usually arrive within 3-6 business days.

*ALL OTHER ITEMS*
Are shipped with tracking automatically.

*PRICES*
Our shipping price includes postage, as well as some of the fees Etsy charges us.

If your items show up damaged, talk to us and we'll work out a refund or a replacement. We do not refund the shipping charges unless you were incorrectly overcharged. In most cases we will not charge you additional shipping to send you a replacement. We may ask for a photo of the damaged item.

--"Do I need Photoshop to be able to edit this file?"

Nope! All you need is Adobe Acrobat Reader. This is a program used to view PDF files. If you don't already have this program, it's free to download from Adobe's website.

--"I haven't received my file."

If your file needed to be customized by me it would have been emailed to the address associated with your Etsy account. Look for an email from me, personally! For instant downloads that did not require customization by me, you'll receive a download link through Etsy.

--"What should I print this on?"

Whatever you want! I'm partial to cardstock for pretty much everything but regular paper or even photo paper will work too.

--"What type of frame should I use?"

Whatever you want! The size you need should be listed in the item description. The only thing you need to consider is whether or not you'll want to add a keepsake item to the frame. Flat items like keys or theatre tickets should fit in a regular frame. Thicker items like a seashell may require you to buy a shadow box frame.
